Eduardo Pinheiro is running for the Tapadera HOA Board of Directors to bring fiscal responsibility, open communication, and proactive maintenance to our neighborhood.
Candidate for HOA Board of Directors
Dear Neighbors,
My name is Eduardo Pinheiro, and I am excited to announce my candidacy for the Tapadera HOA Board of Directors. Since moving here in April 2025, my family and I have fallen in love with this community. We care deeply about maintaining Tapadera as a safe, beautiful, and welcoming place to live for all of us.
At $515 per month, are our HOA dues being well used? The pool area could use some love and care and maybe we could all enjoy new amenities such as a hot tub or a BBQ grill. Can we afford to add these things and maintain the facilities? I think so and I want us to find out! Let's figure out what can be done without raising costs!
I believe an effective HOA should listen to its residents. If elected, I will find out how our money is spent and whether we can trim costs and instead have better amenities.
My plan for a better engaged, more pleasant Tapadera neighborhood.
Ensure budgets are managed transparently. Proactively review vendor contracts to reduce waste and prevent unnecessary hikes in HOA dues.
By lowering unnecessary costs, use the surplus for better amenities: hot tub, BBQ grill, better furniture.
Ensure community areas, lighting, and gates are regularly inspected and maintained to preserve home values and community safety.
Organize events by the pool for residents and their guests to foster a sense of belonging and make sure every voice is heard in Tapadera.
